CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
We may be able to change your order if you contact us straight after placing the order.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, all orders can be cancelled as long as the order has not been dispatched. Contact us on email@example.com, we'll cancel it and issue you a refund.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE WHAT I'VE ORDERED?
Contact us within 7 days of the item being delivered and we will let you know how to return it or arrange for collection. Once we have received your item we will issue you a full refund minus any return or collection costs. If the item is damaged or has been altered when we arrive to return the item, we will not be able to return if unfortunately.
WHAT IF THE WRONG ITEM IS DELIVERED OR IT IS DAMAGED?
When we deliver your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is not faulty and that it is the correct item. If it is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement.
DOES IT COST TO RETURN?
If the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent to you, it will not cost you anything. If you have changed your mind because you no longer want the item, you'll need to pay the delivery charge.
Please note that whilst we attempt to represent the products actual likeness as much as possible via the images on our website, the actual colour of a product may appear slightly different in real life.
