All You Need To Know

  • Can I Change My Order? This may be possible if you contact us soon after placing the order. As all our sofas our custom made, you may not be able to change your mind if the manufacturer has begun making the sofa.
  • Can I Cancel My Order? If your order has not yet been processed then your order can be cancelled. You can either keep your credit for another item or we can issue a full refund.
  • I Don't Like What I've Ordered. We are not able to return items that are not faulty or broken.
  • Damaged or Faulty.  When we deliver your item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is not faulty and that it is the correct item. If we miss something and it is faulty or incorrect, contact us ASAP.
  • Return Cost. If the item is faulty or the wrong item has been sent to you, it will not cost you anything. If you have changed your mind because you no longer want the item, you'll need to pay a charge.
